The Queen's Pigeon
Pollyanna was commissioned to paint 'Sandringham Lightening' - Her Majesty the Queen's favourite racing pigeon.
The original pianting of this pigeon owned and raced by Her Majesty the Queen was commissioned by charity Nedscan, to be presented annually as the trophy of the Chatsworth Race. Pollyanna visited the royal pigeon lofts at Sandringham in order to make sketches for the completed work.
